Refer to your belt requirements.
1. Do the recommended warm-up.
2. Do each hand technique 6 times. (3 with each arm)
3. Do each kicking technique 6 times. (3 with each leg)
4. Practice each combination techniques 6 times. (3 left, 3 right)
5. Practice the form 6 times.

Begin recording the date of your classes after you receive your new belt.
Begin recording practice sessions after you receive your stripes. (The stripes indicate that you have learned the techniques.)
After you have gone through this practice session 30 times, and you have worn your current belt for at least 1 month,
sign this form, and submit it to your instructor. He will test you during class for your "stripped belt".
